These Where Adjusted to 5 Positions, RR Grade, Waltham’s First Real Advertised Railroad Watch. Very Nice Gilt Plates (a minor blemish or two see photos), Gold Balance Screws, Comes with a Winding Key Also. 149 Years Old, Winds, Sets & Runs, Keeps Time (service history unknown so accuracy not guaranteed). Very Nice Signed “American Watch Co” Enamel Dial, (a very faint minor hairline see photos), Still Looks Excellent. Nice Complete Set of Louis XIV Gold Toned Hands (see photos). A Good Very Thick Glass Crystal (a minor scratch or two see photos). Housed in it’s Original Eagle Marked Coin Silver Case (see photos), Has a Faux Crown. A Case Not Very Often Seen, Case Spring Opens the Back when Crown Depressed. Not the Front as Normal So You can Wind it Easily, A True Half-Hunter.
